How to make the order
Depending upon the country and the city the order should be delivered, the cost of delivery and the assortment which correspond to the present region are varied. In order to choose the gift from the offered assortment the client should:
- Type-in the city the gift or bouquet should be delivered in the upper search box.
- Go to the required category.
- Choose the gift or bouquet from the offered assortment. Click on “Order” button.
- If necessary, get acquainted with detailed composition of the gift, its cost and click on “Place the order” button.
- Fill in the order form (delivery date and the recipient data) and choose the most convenient method of payment from the proposed ones and click on “Confirm and pay the order” button.
After that, a letter with information about the order confirmation and its acceptance will be sent to your e-mail address. The information about all order stages (received, paid, delivered) you can get using
“Order status” option. Also all information will be sent to your e-mail and mobile phone (if you markup it when ordering).
If you can’t find the desired gift or you have special requirements, preferences, recommendations, please fill in an individual order. Describe your preferences in no particular form and make an enquiry. Once the enquiry is received, we will process it within 2 working days and inform about execution possibility and its cost. When making the enquiry, please specify full address of delivery because it may influence the result (whether can we execute the order or not but if we can what are the terms of delivery its cost).
